I then sent a message through their online system via their website. I tried that number and was only connected to voicemails, which I had left several on several different peoples voicemails. I tried several times before going on their website and finding another phone number. The phone number he gave me didnt connect with anyone. The management staff gave me a phone number to contact the main office in ****** ** to take care of the issue. I contacted the management staff at that facility at the time and showed them the damage ( broken uprights on the framework of my Conastoga from improper unloading). The forklift operator had damaged my trailer while unloading *********. I delivered some steel beams to PJs manufacturing facility in ********** ** on Jan 16, 2023.
